Ingredients
| 30ml | Organic Quokka Gin |
| 30ml | Pineapple Juice |
| 100-150ml | Passionfruit Softdrink |
| To Taste (10-15ml) | Grenadine, Rosella or Davidson Plum Syrup |
Method
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in 30ml of Quokka Gin.
- Pour in the 30ml of Pineapple Juice.
- Top with 100-150ml of Passionfruit Softdrink, adjusting to your preference.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Slowly pour a splash of Grenadine (or syrup) down the inside of the glass after stirring to create the "sunrise" effect.
