Koala Gin Mule

Refreshing Koala Gin meets zesty lime and (spicy if desired) ginger beer. Simple perfection!

Ingredients

30ml Organic Koala Gin
70-100ml Ginger Beer
1 x Lime
1 x  Chilli (if desired)


Garnish

  • Garnish: Mint (Lime or Chilli)

Method:

  1. Muddle the lime: In a glass (preferably a highball or rocks glass), gently press and twist a few lime wedges to release their juice and oils. Don't over-muddle, as this can make the drink bitter.
  2. Add the gin: Pour 30ml of Koala Gin into the glass over the muddled lime.
  3. Top with ginger beer: Fill the glass with 100-150 ml of ginger beer, adjusting the amount to your preferred level of sweetness and ginger flavour.
  4. Garnish: Add a fresh mint sprig and/or a lime slice to the rim of the glass for an aromatic and visual appeal.
