Strawberry Collins

Discover the bright and bubbly Strawberry Collins, featuring the Australian native berry gin.

Ingredients

30ml	Organic Quokka Gin
5-10ml	Sugar Syrup (to taste)
2-3	Strawberries
70-130ml	Soda Water or Lemonade

Method

1. Muddle the strawberries: In a sturdy glass, gently muddle a few fresh strawberries.
2. Add syrup (optional): If desired, add 5ml - 10ml of sugar syrup to the muddled strawberries, depending on the sweetness of your strawberries and choice.
3. Add the gin: Pour 30ml of Quokka Gin into the glass.
4. Top with your choice: Fill the remainder of the glass with either soda water for a lighter, less sweet drink, or lemonade for a sweeter flavour. 
5. Garnish: Slice a fresh strawberry and place it on the rim of the glass for an attractive garnish.
