Australia's BEST Varietal Vodka

When Beachtree first opened, we discovered a remarkable way to create an exquisite vodka using Queensland sugar cane. We carefully source the sugar cane base and embark on a meticulous process of fermentation, filtration and multiple distillations. Equipment designed in house by Beachtree Distilling Co. A SLOW method of production and we love it for that very reason; the result allows us to share the true essence of Australia with all of you.

BUT, we had a challenge, the VODKA has always consistently won the SILVERS. We understand this is no easy challenge and we were proud of our efforts, BUT we continuously worked on the recipe - we wanted that GOLD.

And now Steve and I will celebrate, not only the GOLD, but that after years of refining, adjusting, meticulously re-crafting and yes at times tasting and re-tasting the product (lol) we have DONE IT!!

And to answer one last question we receive about our current tiger quoll design. Each bottle of our original series is meticulously handcrafted and features and endangered animal. All part of our one bottle, one tree planting program. For each bottle sold one tree is planted.

The vodka image is a tiger quoll , a symbol of the feisty Australian marsupial that helps maintain balance in our ecosystem. This balance is something we strive to capture in our vodka.

And now, we can say we have finally CAPTURED THE ESSENCE OF AUSTRALIA!!
