Our signature cocktail gin, named after the happiest animals on Earth: the quokkas who made Western Australia's Rottnest Island famous. Made for berry lovers, Quokka Gin is distilled from scratch in small batches on the Sunshine Coast, and just like its namesake, bound to put a smile on your face.
Organically grown juniper lays a classic foundation, elderberries and bilberries bring rich, dark fruit, and hibiscus adds a delicate floral lift. Native mountain pepperberry and finger lime balance the fruit with gentle spice and zesty citrus, all resting on a soft organic sugarcane base.
Certified organic (Cert. No. 24012), naturally gluten-free, vegan, no added sugar, and nothing artificial.
Tasting Notes: A fruity berry front of elderberry and bilberry, lifted by floral hibiscus. Finger lime adds a zesty edge, while mountain pepperberry builds gentle heat into a warm, sweet-spiced finish.
