Inspired by the vibrant sunsets of the Sunshine Coast, this cocktail captures the essence of our home. Watch as our unique Ocean Blue Gin transforms the drink, mirroring the changing hues of the evening sky.

Ingredients

Garnish

• Garnish: Edible Flowers (e.g., Rose)
• Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Method:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Blue Gin Liqueur, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup. Shake well until chilled.
3. Pour the mixture over the ice in the tall glass.
4. Top with chilled Tonic Water (or Soda Water), allowing the color to gently transform as it mixes.
5. Garnish with edible flowers and a lemon wheel.
